1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Web Resolve’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
Web Resolve provides an API observability platform that allows users to ingest, analyze, and monitor API logs and performance metrics. Our services include log ingestion, real-time streaming, AI-powered analysis, alerting, and dashboard visualization.
3. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any malicious code or attempt to breach security
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service
- Attempt to access areas of the service you are not authorized to access
5. Data and Content
5.1 Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you submit to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
5.2 Prohibited Content
You may not submit content that:
- Contains personally identifiable information of third parties without consent
- Includes malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Violates any intellectual property rights
- Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
6. Payment and Billing
Some of our services require payment. By selecting a paid plan:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We may change pricing upon 30 days notice
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
7. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. For Enterprise customers, specific SLAs may be defined in separate agreements. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of scheduled maintenance.
8. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Web Resolve and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Web Resolve be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the event.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the service for your particular needs.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
