What happens if I exceed my log limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Additional logs are buffered for 24 hours, giving you time to upgrade or adjust your logging.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing comes with a 20% discount. Contact us for enterprise annual contracts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for Enterprise plans.
What's included in AI analysis?
AI analysis includes root cause detection, anomaly detection, trend analysis, recommendations, and confidence scoring across multiple analysis types.
How do retention policies work?
Configure organization-wide retention policies that apply to all environments, or set environment-specific policies. Plans have different retention limits: Free (7 days), Pro (30 days), Enterprise (90+ days).
