Ingestion is limited by the monthly allowance for your plan. The dashboard shows usage and the current plan limit.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Plan changes are handled through billing settings. The checkout or billing portal displays the available options and effective dates.
Do you offer annual billing?
Available billing intervals and prices are shown during checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?

What's included in AI analysis?
AI analysis includes root cause detection, anomaly detection, trend analysis, recommendations, and confidence scoring across multiple analysis types.
How do retention policies work?
The Free plan retains logs for 7 days; Pro retains logs for 30 days. Enterprise retention is configurable within plan limits. Trace and metric retention periods differ from log retention.
What SSO providers do you support?
Enterprise supports SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC). Provider setup depends on your identity provider configuration.
